The company Kobatsiaris Brothers S.A. is a long-established, dynamically oriented company providing quality food services throughout Greece since 1969.
The Company is active in the following areas:
- Contract food services (mainly for educational institutions and hospitals)
- Organization and operation of canteens
- Event catering services
- Production of prepared food for direct consumption, "cook and chill" & frozen products, small meals, sandwiches
- Processing and standardization of meat products
- Organization and operation of restaurants
Our Company occupies a dominant position in the contract food sector in Greece, having over 40 branches in more than 30 cities. By providing contract food services to 8 higher educational institutions and 3 hospitals, our Company contributes to the daily nutrition requirements of 30 000 students and 1 400 patients.

Set up originally as a family business, our Company has at present personnel exceeding 750 persons. These include Food Technologists, Public Health Supervisors, Doctors Hygienists- Dieticians, Occupational Doctors and Safety Officers. All members of staff undergo initial training as well as continuous staff development (seminars, workshops, etc.)
All our branches are fully equipped with the latest high-tech machinery and operate according to HACCP and ISO specifications.
